Our Enterprises
Candle making We produce high quality candles for churches and decorated, colourful candles
Bakery We produce a range of healthy breads using stone ground flour from Eureka Mills, Heidelberg
- 100% Rye bread
- 60% Rye 40% Wheat
- We also produce Granola, as well as rye and wheat rusks
Crafts We produce a wide range of nicely crafted products, and also recycle all sorts of throw aways into fancy items
Organic herb garden and herb processing we grow, dry and process culinary and medicinal herbs
Dairy farm/dairy herd on our 125 ha farm we have a herd of dairy cows and heifers, about 200 happy chicken, who produce free range eggs, and some pigs
Dairy from our own milk we produce yoghurt, feta and hard cheeses for our own consumption and for sale
Our vegetable garden is a joint venture with Camphill School, where we produce bio-dynamic vegetable for our own consumption and for sale
Our products are sold at the Fernkloof Farmers Market in Hermanus each Saturday from 8 12
